Staff is super friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. However when I was there they had no chef so need to order in food otherwise some restaurant are walking distance near the hotel. Breakfast was nice, and also have Gluten-free section which is good for people with gluten allergies. They have a parking lot garage, for 12€ per night which is convenient and reasonable. Location is not Central Lille, but for those who are just for business and short stay it is convenient. Rather with a cat though.

Service client inexistant, très décevant ! Déçu du service client de l’hôtel (attention pour la garantie, ils peuvent vous prélever deux fois la taxe de séjour) : nous avons essayé de les contacter par mail et par téléphone, sans succès. Nous n’avons jamais été remboursés de leur part. Sinon, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable.
